Is Massage Therapy For Me?
Massage therapy is an effective therapeutic method for relaxation and rehabilitation. It can help alleviate any pain or tension you may feel due to stress, muscular overuse, injury or chronic pain conditions.
At Core Physical Care, our massage therapy services are provided only by registered massage therapists (RMT). RMTs are regulated health professionals specifically trained in the evaluation and treatment of soft tissues. They are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and must adhere to the Regulated Health Professionals Act.
Our RMTs are experienced and trained in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue massage, cupping massage, and more. Unsure which type of massage would work best for you? Don’t worry! Our massage therapists are here to give you recommendations and treatments suitable for your needs and areas of concern.
If preferred, they can also work with our other healthcare professionals at Core Physical Care to provide you with comprehensive rehabilitative care you may need.

Why In-home Massage Therapy?
If you’re dealing with chronic illness or an acute injury – or are simply really busy – getting to a clinic can be a barrier to treatment. Others are simply most comfortable at home. Whatever your reason, in-home treatments eliminate the hassle, travel time, and inconvenience of travelling to a clinic or spa-setting.
What to expect
Your Core Physical Care massage therapist will bring a table and linens (towels and sheets) to the appointment. They will take a few minutes to set up, give you the opportunity to undress to the point you are comfortable in private, and then perform the treatment when you are ready.
We are able to offer direct billing to your insurance company for massage therapy services if this is an option for you.
